mise tasks info

Show a task's definition

Prints the task's description, source file, dependencies, sources, outputs, run commands, environment, and usage spec. --json prints the full definition.

Arguments

• <TASK> — Name of the task to get information about

Flags

• -J --json — Output in JSON format
• -h --help — Print help

Examples

Show the test task and the file that defines it

mise tasks info test

Get the full structured task definition

mise tasks info test --json
