mise dotfiles capture

Run a command and save tracked files before and after it

Runs the command with your terminal and environment and saves a checkpoint before and after it, even when the command fails or changes nothing, so mise dot undo can reverse what it did to your tracked files. Edits you make while it runs are part of the same operation. Packages, services, and other system changes are not recorded and cannot be undone. If saving fails, mise warns and still exits with the command's status.
