mise dotfiles paths

List tracked paths and how they are saved

Shows each tracked entry with the config file that declares it, whether it saves automatically, and how many files it covers. Entries mise cannot save are listed as invalid, omitted, or incomplete, so you can see what is not protected.

Flags

• -J --json — Output in JSON format
• --preview <PATH> — List the files that tracking this path would save, without tracking it
• --noisy — List the paths the watcher found changing constantly and saves less often
• -h --help — Print help

Examples

List tracked paths

mise dot paths

List the files tracking ~/.codex would save

mise dot paths --preview ~/.codex

List files the watcher saves less often

mise dot paths --noisy
