Manage packages from [bootstrap.packages]
Declare packages as "manager:package" = "version". apply installs what is missing and removes what is declared absent, use adds an entry and installs it, and upgrade updates configured packages that are installed. prune uninstalls Homebrew formulae, casks, or package plugin packages that no config declares. import records installed Homebrew formulae, and status shows what differs from the config. See https://mise.jdx.dev/bootstrap/packages/ for each package manager.
