[experimental] Show each daemon's URL and port
Lists every project daemon with its proxy hostname URL, the port it binds, its proxy mode, and its status. A daemon's hostname does not change when its port does, so an HTTP service can be addressed by URL while concurrent checkouts keep separate ports. A daemon with no port, or with proxy = false, gets no hostname and is listed without a URL. Each project's table is followed by its project page URL and, in a linked Git worktree, its stack page URL.
